We absolutely love Verizon Wireless. Best coverage in the nation by far (in our opinion). There are very few, if any, dropped calls particularly in larger metropolitan US cities. Verizon’s customer service is excellent. We have personally called in several times and the phone wait is almost always less than one minute. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make it a treat to call in for any technical or billing issues we may have.
One negative that some people say about Verizon is that their phones aren’t as cool as AT&T and T-Mobile. Yes, it’s true that Verizon doesn’t have the iPhone and they seeming are slow in terms of introducing the latest cell phone gadgets. However, Verizon might be a turning a corner in this respect. The Blackberry Tour just recently launched on the Verizon network and by all accounts it is quite a stunning piece of artistry.
